Bone-cutting forceps are used in orthopaedic surgery to cut bone. Bone-cutting forceps are used to grasp and manipulate and extract bones.

Orthopedic Mallet (Bone Hammer) is designed for use in a wide variety of surgical procedures that require manipulation of bone either cutting, splitting or scraping via chisels or gouges. This mallet features a solid stainless steel head that resists changing shape and thus applies the full force wherever it is intended. It is most suited to apply force to the opposite end of an osteotome or gouge to assist in driving the blade portion through hard tissue.

Bone holding and reduction forceps are crafted from high quality surgical stainless steel and help to provide surgeons with the ability to securely hold, stabilize, rotate, reduce and compress bone during orthopedic procedures.

Bone Rongeur is a multi-purpose instrument ideally suited for use in orthopedic procedures of the bone. This instrument is double-action and is slightly curved which allows the jaws to remain in alignment with the bony area it is being used upon while keeping the handle effectively out of the plane of surgery. Also the jaws are slightly scoop shaped which gives this instrument a unique way in which it can cut and reshape bone.

Hohmann Retractor is crafted for use in retraction of tissue during surgery to allow more direct access to the surgical field. This retractor features a slim, flat handle that flares near the end into a leaf shaped tip that also has a rounded tip. The flat profile of this retractor allows it to follow the contour of the incision where it is being used and effectively provide retraction while staying out of the surgical field.

Tungsten Carbide Wire Cutter have heavy curved handles and feature a guillotine action tip.This instrument is used for cutting wires or small pins such as Kirschner wires and Steinmann pins. Some wire cutting forceps, such as UltraCut™ TC Wire Cutting Plier, have the working end with an angled channel that allows the wire to be placed into the jaw so the proper length can be cut.
